We will meet at 11:30 a.m. in Shott Hall. This is #13 on the parking map. There will be signs directing you to the meeting room once you enter Shott Hall. Lunch will be provided for this meeting.
Our speaker will be Bernie Deem, Principal of Align HR. She will be discussing “The Power of Positive Criticism”. This presentation highlights how to tell an employee the absolute truth without damaging their self-esteem, use the right words to both correct and encourage an employee, project confidence when telling someone they have to do a better job, and adopt the success model to explain your point of view.
