The Appalachian Chapter of the Virginias (Society for Human Resource Management - SHRM) meeting will be held on April 27, 2017 at Bluefield College, 3000 College Drive, Bluefield, VA 24605.

We will meet at 11:30 a.m. in Shott Hall. This is #13 on the parking map and #14 on the Campus map. There will be signs directing you to the meeting room once you enter Shott Hall.
Our speaker will be Dave Basham, Program Analyst for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He will be discussing the changes in the revised I-9, the differences in completing the pen-to-paper version versus the 'fillable' form, and addressing the many common mistakes made while completing the I-9.
Continuing Education: This program has been approved for SHRM CP/SCP credit and HR Certification Institute credit.
