We will meet at 11:30 a.m. in Shott Hall. This is #13 on the map. There will be signs directing you to the meeting room once you enter Shott Hall. Lunch will be provided for this meeting.
Our speaker will be Lorie Deal Cox, Department Senior Manager of the Call Center for Capital One Financial. Lorie will be discussing how office etiquette has changed in the last few years, especially as we embrace the digital transition. She will specifically address new standards for office etiquette (dress code, personal space, communication), email and social media – including tips and advice on how to always make the best possible impression with others.
